Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Erin O'Sullivan! Entrepreneur, beauty lover, and (former) lash extension addict.

For almost 10 years, I rarely let anyone see me without a fresh set of lash extensions. Somewhere along the way, they stopped being a beauty treatment and started feeling like a requirement. In August 2023, I decided it was time to find out what was hiding underneath.

The problem? My natural lashes were short, straight, and honestly... a little tragic.

I knew I wasn't the only woman stuck in the cycle of extensions, fills, and damaged natural lashes, so I became obsessed with finding a better way. After months of research, testing, and plenty of trial and error, I created a formula that transformed my own lashes and that's how Lash Revival was born.

My goal wasn't just to grow longer lashes. It was to help women fall back in love with the lashes they already have, without feeling like they need extensions to feel confident.

As the founder of both Miniml Activewear and Lash Revival, everything I create comes back to the same mission: helping women feel confident. Whether it's activewear that makes you feel strong or beauty products that enhance what you already have, I believe confidence comes from embracing your beauty, not hiding it.

Because the best version of you has been there all along.
