Shipping and Delivery Policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with Lash Revival, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase. 

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, Monday - Friday.

Australian Domestic Express:
1-3 Business days

Australian Domestic Standard:
3-7 business days. 

Worldwide Standard:
7+ Business days. 

Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we CANNOT offer reimbursement for this package.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.
